Chrome Ancient City

Chrome Valley: Having been located on an important transition area since ancient times and being among the important centers of the period such as Imra and Istavrit, has made Chrome Valley a permanent attraction center. It is rumored that Chrome Valley was home to thousands of people centuries ago because it is rich in mineral resources. There are 15 registered churches and chapels in the region.

In the valley, stone houses from the Greeks still maintain their originality. Stone houses in Nanak Village and Bulut Neighborhood, the historical mill are worth seeing. In spite of the fact that there is not much information about the region, in the researches, they started to use Greek very close to today's Greek by forgetting their language with the influence of the Christian priests, where the locals who settled in the Chrome Valley before the Ottomans and who worked in the mines left their primitive religions during the Byzantine Period.
